Eligible Refunds
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following situations:
- Your order was not delivered within the specified timeframe
- The service delivered does not match the description or quantity ordered
- A technical error occurred during the order process resulting in duplicate charges
- The service was cancelled before processing began
Refund Process

Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method through Trustap.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- The order has been fully delivered as described
- The refund is requested after 30 days from the order date
- The account was deleted, made private, or the content was removed during delivery
- Natural follower/engagement fluctuations after full delivery
Partial Refunds
If an order has been partially delivered, we may offer a proportional partial refund for the undelivered portion, or complete the remaining delivery — whichever you prefer.
Refill Policy
